Job Title: Online Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing online seller accounts, including product listings, pricing, and customer targeting.

• Checking in-stock availability and listing products for sale.

• Conducting product research to understand market trends and values.

• Analyzing the market and recommending products based on customer purchases and promotions, to create attractive combinations.

• Ensuring products are correctly categorised and listed on online platforms.

• Providing support to colleagues and management as required.

• Selecting and uploading product images in line with business requirements.

• Monitoring competitor performance, evaluating which products perform best, and suggesting strategies for testing.

• Promoting products via online portals, influencers, and social media.

• Overseeing the order process, from processing to packing, dispatching, and final delivery to customers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• GCSE or equivalent qualification (preferred).

• Previous experience in online sales within the e-commerce sector.

• Additional online sales training is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of current product trends.

• Comprehensive understanding of online sales processes, competitive products, and global trends, tailored to target regions and customer bases.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Preferably, training in an online sales-related field.

Salary & Benefits:

• £34,000.00 - £39,000.00 per annum, based on experience.
